在时装公司工作的美纪是个“性别同一性障碍者”，他外表是个美丽的女人，实际是个男人，但以女性为恋爱对象。他和同事香织、仲村一起过着忙碌而充实的“女子的生活”。某天，同学后藤来访。见到美纪的样子后，后藤大吃一惊，不过，他因为给人当担保而欠了债，现在没钱也没有人可以依靠，只得向美纪求助。美纪以后藤带人参加香织组织的联谊为条件，同意他留在自己家住。联谊当天，美纪认识一个叫结衣的自然系女孩子。美纪与结衣展开了“女人”之间的战争。一番交锋下来，美纪觉得结衣颇为符合他的理想，便向结衣公开了自己的真实身份。
